Our extensive range of intelligent test equipment is used for quality control and production optimisation of enamelled wire and cables. For more than 25 years, DSE has focused on developing and selling first-class instruments for the wire industry. We have become the market leader within Tangent Delta TgD and High Voltage Continuity Tester, and, for many years, our products have been used as reference instruments for manufacturers of enamel and enamelled wire, and for the users of enamelled wire.

TD 300 TgD automatically calculates the TgD values for the wire sample, completing a full curve within a few minutes. The simple operation makes it an ideal tool for achieving the right quality and for controlling the processes.

TD 9000 TgD is a high-positioned laboratory tester for precise and simultaneous measurement of up to eight samples with different dimensions.

HVC 360 High Voltage Continuity Tester is used for testing any type of wire insulation. The product range comprises at present four standard models (HVC Basic, HVC360 Flexible, HVC360 PF for rectangular wire, and HVC HVC360 Advanced). On request, we also offer customised solutions.
